What is BoB?

BoB (Barcode out (a) box) is a cloud based Inventory Management Software System that allows for Barcoding, Scanning, Invoicing and much more. It allows the user to be in control of all incoming and outgoing inventory in any business.

BoB can take control of the most basic storage requirements or more complex warehouse storage. BoB will guide you through the process from implementation to execution.

To start using BoB is easy as pie.  You can use your own equipment or order the required hardware from us.

All you need is a PC and barcode scanner or you can use a smart phone or tablet. 

To print labels you need a label printer or you can use a standard A4 printer if you prefer. 

The print server can be installed on any PC on your network or you can get a pre-loaded mini-pc from us with everything loaded up front.

We can provide you with all the hardware you need to start scanning straight out of the box.

BoB (Barcode out a Box) is a cloud based barcoding and inventory control system that used to print barcode labels and scan stock movement in and out of the warehouse. The system is can be implemented as cloud hosted or on-premise solution depending on the client requirements. The base system license has the following components as part of the base license.

Advanced modules

BoB Base gives basic inventory control functionality. Adding the advanced modules gives you access to various enterprise level Supply Chain features.

PO Management

Manage Purchase Orders in BoB or with ERP integration. Label and Scan incoming orders with verification against PO Receipts.


Warehouse Management with features like serialisation, Lot control, programmable picking and suggestive Put Away.

Sales Management

Full Pick, Pack and Ship processing with verification against Sales Orders. Sales Orders can be manually created in BoB or pulled from ERP / Finance system. Invoice management and reporting also included.


Optimise daily deliveries and pick ups. Track vehicles and get electronic proof of deliveries.
